FAQ

Questions people ask before we start.

If yours is not here, send it over and we will answer it directly.

  • What kinds of projects do you take on?

Mobile apps, websites, internal tools, tracking and analytics work, and games. Most projects start in one of those areas and end up touching two or three.

  • How much does a project cost?

Small websites usually start around five figures, and app or platform work scales from there. We give a fixed range after a short scoping call, and we tell you early if the budget and the idea are not a match.

  • How long does it take?

A marketing site is typically six to ten weeks. Apps and analytics platforms usually run three to six months. We work in short cycles and show real screens every couple of weeks.

  • Do you publish apps to the App Store for us?

Yes. We prepare builds, screenshots, privacy details and review notes, and we submit under your developer account so you own the listing and the app from day one.

  • Who owns the code and the design files?

You do, once the final invoice is paid. That includes source code, design files and any accounts we set up on your behalf.

  • What happens after launch?

You can take it in house with our handover notes, or keep us on a monthly retainer for updates, monitoring and store submissions. Both are common.

  • Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Often, yes. We start with a short review of what exists, then agree on what we build, what we replace and what we leave alone.

  • How do we get started?

Send a few lines about the project through the contact form. We reply within two working days, usually with questions and a rough sense of scope.
