The problem
- Delivering hundreds of third-party games without increasing bundle size or harming TTFB.
- Keeping integrations secure and resilient while allowing publishers to publish quickly.
- Providing a cohesive UX across wildly different game inputs and screen sizes.
What we did
- Built a tiny runtime shell that lazy-loads individual games and isolates them in iframes.
- Edge caching + smart preconnects push only the assets needed for the first frame.
- Standardised onboarding and input adapters so each game behaves consistently on mobile and desktop.
Where it landed
- Players land in playable state almost instantly and bounce rates dropped dramatically.
- Publishers onboard with a simple manifest and automatic asset optimisation.

We wanted a hub that felt instant. Synynom shipped a runtime so small we forgot it was there — players noticed only the games.
